| Service Area Our primary building area would be approximately a 75 mile radius of Knoxville, Iowa, although we occasionally exceed this. However, we are willing to train a contractor outside of our base area for the fact, we simply do not have enough quality builders to meet all the demands. We feel the Reward Wall block is the best ICF on the market today. We highly recommend that a professional builder with some concrete background is required before training can occur. In most cases, building a new home will be the largest investment you will make, therefore, our goal is to make it an easy and enjoyable experience.
